My Philosophy
Just as every rider needs a solid foundation,
so does every horse. After all, a rider can
only be as good as their horse and I believe a
solid foundation for both horse & rider is the
key to excellence in the arena.
My training program is not just about the
horse, it's also about you as the handler &

have to teach the rider as well. Therefore, my training program
includes weekly lessons for you also.
Every horse is treated as an individual. Since every horse learns at
a different pace and reacts to situations differently, I always allow
the horse to tell me when their ready to advance to the next level. I
never use force, fear, pain, harsh bits, training tactics or devices
because I believe the horse has to "want to" perform, not be "forced
to" perform. My methods are natural and gentle.
I'll spend a lot of time truly learning about and understanding the
nature and psychology of your horse because that's what builds
true communication, respect, and trust between horse and human
which ultimately results in a true loving and lasting partnership
between you and your horse.
